We use premium, industrial-grade micro market equipment which provides the best experience for our clients and customers.
One example of the equipment we use is the Skope BME1200 — a large, energy-efficient double glass door display fridge. The Skope BME1200 is energy efficient, has split shelving for optimal product presentation, and awesome cooling performance.
Refrigeration and freezer equipment that we use are rated M1, meaning that temperature ranges are within the acceptable band for perishable food products (-1°C to +5°C).
